All data collected during Xpert Learning  registration will be processed in accordance with this Privacy Statement. We retain all of your course information in your personal Xpert Learning student area so that you may access it whenever you want.

We recognise the need of taking extra efforts to safeguard children’s privacy and safety. As a result, children under the age of 16 will not be able to create a Xpert Learning account. As soon as we become aware of any Xpert Learning account or information created by a child under the age of 16, we will take reasonable steps to erase it.

All account information is sent over a secure connection (Secure Socket Layer-SSL) and stored in accordance with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards through a specialised network infrastructure (Multiprotocol Label Switching-MPLS) (PCI DSS).

By clicking the “remember me” box, you will be able to stay signed in to your Xpert Learning account. If you don’t want to stay signed in on a particular browser, simply log out of your Xpert Learning account.

By contacting Xpert Learning support here, you can have your Xpert Learning account deleted (Please see your Rights Section for more details).

Finally, we may allow you to upload content on the Service, such as your comments and any other information you want to make public (“User Generated Content”). If you publish User Generated Content, all of the information you provide will be available to Xpert Learning’s authorised workers and may be made public. Please be aware that, although being considered automated in some jurisdictions, Xpert Learning sends marketing communications based on what a member of our staff has written and determined to be relevant to you. Please note that service-related mail from us, such as messages relating to your student account transactions, course lesson reminders, or information directly relating to your course, cannot be unsubscribed from.

Push Notifications: Xpert Learning provides you with the option of receiving smartphone push alerts. If you later decide you don’t want to get these notifications, you can turn them off through your mobile device’s settings.

Interest-Based Ads: Interest-based ads are online advertisements that are targeted to your expected interests based on your Internet usage of various apps and websites.
